Registration & tickets
Single or couple registration?
Add a partner, or register as single: If you register as a single, you will be put on the waiting list until we can match you with a partner. If you already have a partner, you can register directly identifying your partner with his/her email address.
Which level do I choose?
Read our level description carefully. There are 4 different levels of Lindy Hop. Try to make an honest evaluation of your own dance level before registering. If you are doubting about which level you should pick, contact us with subject line "track - your name".
Can I add a partner later?
Yes, and if you are on the waitlist, we definitely encourage you to find a partner to ensure your spot! If you are able to find a partner after registration, keep us informed by sending us an email: email@example.com
What is the payment process?
You have to pay via bank transfer. You will receive an email with all the bank transfer details (IBAN, communication...). You will have 14 days to complete your payment. Once we receive your transfer, we'll send you a confirmation email of the payment. Please note that the transfer and its confirmation can take a couple of days.
Am I eligible for the discount price?
The discount is for students & unemployed. This discount can only be granted if we succesfully receive a document that proofs your status after you completed your registration. You can send this document to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
We’re sorry but refunding would become very complicated to administer so we don’t refund. However, you can sell your pass to another dancer. Make sure the person dances in the same role (leader or follower), give him/her your ticket and importantly, drop us an email email@example.com with the person’s name and email address. If you do not take all these steps the person may not be granted access to the dancefloor.

Terms and conditions
We, the organisers, can not be held accountable for any damages or loss of personal belongings. Any lost items found inside our venues during clean up will be kept for one month after the event. A list of unclaimed items will be donated to charity. We can not be held accountable for any injuries you might incur while attending MSSW. Please be safe.
